No swimming ability is required, and a SilverSneakers® kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

Water Gym - A fun, water aerobics exercise workout that teaches you to use water as a powerful gym. You’ll mimic sports moves such as running, biking, kick-boxing and more, without impact or wear and tear on your joints! Get the benefits of weights, aerobics and stretching in one workout, while focusing on calorie burning and improving all 5 aspects of physical fitness.
Water Power Workout - This water exercise class offers a high intensity workout with low impact on your joints. Get your blood pumpin’ by using the natural resistance of the water to achieve cardio, toning, and feel-good stretching all in a single one-hour workout! Strong swimming ability is not required to participate, as equipment is used which can assist the non-swimmers while still giving them a fantastic workout!
Noodlerobics - Noodlerobics is a medium intensity exercise classes that offers a full body workout. Utilizing the fun water toy, noodles, this class targets cardio, strength building and toning. Noodlerobics is taught from the shallow end of the pool, is a class for all ages and skill levels, and can easily be adapted to meet participants’ needs.

HIIT Cycle - High-intensity interval training! This is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Functional Fitness uses constantly varied movements performed at high intensity. These movements reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Typical classes will include strength and metabolic conditioning component. Performance will be tracked so improvements can be measured.
Geared toward the cardiac rehab graduate, this class offers low-impact cardio and strength training using low weight dumbbells and body weight resistance exercises. In the mean time we will keep you in check periodically with your blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate.

These classes are also appropriate for people rehabilitating from an injury or those who are making lifestyle changes and need a lower impact and lower intensity workout to start out.

Zumba® Gold - Designed for the active, older adult, the true beginner, individuals who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. Modifications are made to accommodate any physical limitations. The main difference between Zumba® Gold and Zumba® Basic is that Zumba® Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but certainly as fun.
