Bill Starost, Certified Personal Trainer

Bill EditMy goal is to help others reach their full potential. I have been on the other side of the tracks. I know what it is like to be unhealthy and overweight. Once I took control, things began to change. Every pound I lost, and every minute longer I could run became an accomplishment. I want others to feel like I do now. I believe that is why God has led me on this journey.
