Swim Lessons

SIYMCA Underwater SwimmerThere is a reason why the YMCA is referred to as America’s Favorite Swim Instructor. In Y classes, not only are you taught in a caring way how to swim, but you also learn about yourself, safety, rescue skills and water activities you can enjoy for a lifetime. Please view our Pool Schedule for the latest exciting happenings in our Aquatics Department.

At the Y, we believe the ability to swim is a critical life skill for everyone. In swim lessons, we use a variety of fun methods to help kids overcome fears, build confidence in the water and develop skills that last a lifetime.

Swim class ratios are 4 swimmers to 1 instructor for all group swimming lessons!   Please view class times and fees in the current Program Guide.

Private Swim Lessons
