Pre-Season Golf Conditioning

Ages: Open to Participants of Any Age
Location: Meet in Fitness Room

Golfers can use weight training to increase strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, and balance.  Getting stronger and more flexible also enhances techniques by allowing the golfer to assume advantageous biomechanical positions.
