Power of 10: The 10 Week Lifestyle Challenge
Get a healthy start to the new year and join our annual community fitness challenge. Learn how to create a lifetime of healthy habits with recipes, advice, discussion groups, food and exercise journals and exercise classes. Prizes awarded after final weigh-ins on March 10th. Group will meet on Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. from January 6th – March 10th.
