Because you are never too old to be active. At 90 years of age, Bud McGowan, sets that example by coming in three days a week to meet with personal trainer, Ryan Powell. Ryan creates workouts specific to Bud’s needs. That means keeping him strong enough to live independently, such as making sure Bud can get himself up off the floor and how to do it properly. The Y also offers seniors 13 classes weekly to improve overall well-being and enhance connections.
