New Year New You Challenge Jan. 3
This six week challenge is lead by Wellness Director, Jacob Garvin. Each week will combine logical thought processes for healthy living with the practical application of exercise. Program includes a copy of “The Power of Positive Thinking,” a chance to win a free 3-month membership, and Y swag!
Starts January 3- February 14.
Choose one of two weekly meeting times offered: Thursdays at 11:30 am or 6:30 pm.
