Thanks to the many generous donors who support the Y’s Annual Campaign, this commitment is made possible year after year in the form of financial assistance for those in need. This calculator is only an estimate for membership rates or assistance. Please print this form, along with your 1040 tax return, and bring them to our Welcome Center desk so we can apply the financial assistance to your account.

Please complete an Income-Based Assistance Program Form, attach proof of financial situation and a letter of request. Applications may be picked up at the Welcome Center or downloaded below. All requests are kept confidential. Stop by the Welcome Center or call for more information.
