GENERAL AWARENESS FOR YOUTH ACCESS
The YMCA does not have staff designated to directly supervise the youth in the facility. Please be advised:
- Youth are able to come and go from the Y at their discretion. They are able to use the Y’s outdoor spaces or leave Y campus on their own accountability without staff restriction.
- We ask that youth come to the Y with a purpose: Have a plan in place for their time at the Y to allow for valuable, safe activity. Youth should play games such as hide-and-seek or tag in large, open spaces, not inside the Y facilities.
- We reserve the right to restrict cell phone use in hallways and on the walking track to ensure a safe environment for all members. Cell phone use is not permitted in bathrooms and locker rooms.
